Luke Ott joined Foster Yarborough in January 2023. Immediately before that, Luke was an associate for three years at Ahmad, Zavitsanos, & Mensing PLLC (AZA), another Houston litigation boutique, where he represented clients in contract, construction, employment, intellectual property, personal injury, wrongful death, fraud, negligence, and trade disputes. Shortly after joining Foster Yarborough, Luke obtained a writ of attachment in Galveston County District Court, resulting in the pre-suit recovery of hundreds of thousands of dollars in cash and a substantial amount of product inventory.
Luke received his Juris Doctor from the University of Texas School of Law, where he worked on the Actual Innocence Clinic. He also holds a bachelors degree in finance from the University of Texas at Arlington.
