She has honed her skills against some of the biggest firms in the country. Her clients are likewise diverse, ranging from individuals to corporations with extensive patent portfolios, with each of them benefitting from her strong educational background, which includes a law degree from the University of Houston Law Center and a biochemistry degree from the University of Texas at Austin. Alisa has been part of a winning trial team in several patent cases, with a particular focus on damages issues and jury instructions with an eye towards potential appeals.

In addition to representing both plaintiffs and defendants in intellectual property disputes, Alisa has also represented both sides in complex commercial litigation. Given her technical background and almost two decades of litigation experience, Alisa is able to translate case details in a precise way that courts and jurors can understand and use to enhance and support their decision making to the benefit of her clients.
